If you are looking for ways to support the Cambridge Foodbank, either through St John’s or the organization itself, here are a few ideas!
Donate to your local Food Bank! Not sure what to donate? Here is a list of items that we are always looking for:
Note: All items must be within their best-before date (we do not accept expired items), be unopened with all seals intact, and bought from a reputable source (no homemade goods) in their original packaging (no removed labels).
At St. John’s we have a locked drop box outside the side entrace for you to leave your donation if the office closed.
At St. John’s, we ask that you do not donate fresh foods such as meat, eggs, or vegetables. If you would like to contribute to these items, we ask that you donate money.
The day before each Foodbank, we take these money donations and use them to buy milk, eggs, meat, and vegetables to ensure they are as fresh as possible for the community we serve. We also have a special request for Halal meats, which we do our best to provide.
To donate, please go to our donation page and specify that the donation is for Foodbank purposes. We guarantee that 100% of your foodbank donation will go towards purchasing much-needed items for the Food Bank community we serve. You can also donate through Rev. Stephen by dropping off a check or cash at the office.

We thank you for your care and support to this community!
